RT Vegas will be in attendance to sign copies of his picture book MY SPECIAL FRIENDS. In additon his original design, limited edition T-Shirt will be available for purchase.The opening festivities will commence on Saturday September 18th from 4 pm until 9 pm including music and complimentary refreshments.
